Shop policies

  • All items in the shop are final sale. Exchanges, returns and refunds are not available. Once an order is placed, it can’t be cancelled. If you have any questions, please contact us prior to checkout.

Please be sure to enter your correct e-mail address and shipping address upon checking out.

  • All orders are shipped to the shipping address entered in the checkout screen. If an incorrect address is entered upon checkout, it will be shipped to the address provided. We are not responsible for packages shipped being shipped to an incorrect address that was entered upon checkout.
  • Also we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Or packages that are damaged in transit.

All shipping costs are calculated upon checkout. Only shipping within the United States is available at this time.

  • If you have any issues with your order once received, please contact us via the website within 5 days of delivery with your order number. Please use and fill out the form in the “Contact” section of the website shop. We will not be able to answer any questions regarding your order via social media.
  • All inquires will be answered within 1-2 business days. Please keep in mind, this is a one woman small business shop.

When will my order ship?

  • All orders ship within 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Please enter your correct email at checkout to ensure you will get an email with tracking information once shipped!
